What items can I customize?

You can customize almost anything. :) Feel free to contact us for questions about customizing any item of your choice.

What printing options do you offer?

Heat Transfer Vinyl is a method service that gives you the option to use glitter, foil, metallic, patterned, textured, dimensional, and puffed vinyl.


Sublimation is a unique method service that offers an unlimited range of colors and gives the ability to upgrade your design directly to your apparel.


Direct To Film or DTF is a unique method transferers to any color of shirt or garment using beautiful unlimited colors. This method is suitable for hard-to-print areas like sleeves, logos, neck labels, and garments that are traditionally difficult to decorate. Durability of DTF is long lasting, won't crack, very elastic, and high resistant to washing and wear.

How long will it take to complete my order?

Standard processing is typically 1-3 business days, not including shipping time.

Is there a "rush" option?

Yes. Prior to placing your order, please send us an email to dnf3js@gmail.com to confirm if rush processing is available for your order.

What if I need to make changes to my design?

You have 24 hours to make any changes to any designs after we send you a mockup.

What is your refund policy?

Since all of our items, are custom made to order, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

How long will it take to ship items?

3Js & Lady Customs takes pride on every product we produce and every service we render. We strive to deliver all orders in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for shipping delays once your order has shipped.

What service/carrier will deliver my items?

All orders are shipped via UPS.

What happens if my package is lost or marked as delivered, but not received?

3Js & Lady Customs is not responsible or liable for items lost or damaged in transit. However, if necessary, we will work with the carrier to get your items delivered or replaced (if it arrives damaged) in a timely manner.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes, please give us at least 1-2 weeks to complete bulk orders. Feel free to contact us via phone or email for more information. Discounted bulk order pricing may be available for select items, but is not guaranteed.

What if my order arrives damaged or is printed incorrectly?

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect due to an error on our part, please send us a photo of the item within 24 HOURS OF THE CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATE. We will replace any damaged items if it the error was our fault. :)

What is your order cancellation policy?

3Js & Lady Customs will refund any cancellations within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours, a deposit of $25 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Can I pickup my order in person?

Yes. Orders may be picked up from our location in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. Please wait for a text or email confirmation from us prior to picking up your order. Pickup is available during normal business hours and by appointment only on weekends.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, Local Delivery is available AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE charge for all items within 20 miles of our store in Tuscaloosa. This primarily includes Tuscaloosa and Northport, AL. We will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time.

Do you deliver to Marion, AL?

Yes, delivery is available to Marion, AL. To request delivery to Marion, please select in-store pickup as your shipping method. We will contact you to confirm delivery dates and times to Marion. Feel free to contact us for more information.
